Housed in Zurich’s prestigious Baur au Lac hotel, Baur’s brasserie delights its cosmopolitan clientele with stylish yet relaxed elegance. Bright shades of green blend with rich red tones to create a warm and comfortable ambiance.
The menu features a variety of European culinary classics, all prepared using fresh and seasonal products of the highest quality.
