Mönchhof am See Garden Restaurant

Pure idyll: the beer garden at the Mönchhof is built so close to the water that guests are almost overcome with joy.

The garden restaurant lies in at the peaceful, old harbor in Kilchberg, not far from the city border.

The menu features down-to-earth but beautifully prepared dishes. These include tasty “Fischknusperli” (deep-fried battered pieces of whitefish) made with fish straight from the lake, as well as a spicy rump steak skewer or more exotic creations such as freshwater sushi. Besides beer and choice wines, the bar serves a wide selection of cocktails to suit each and every taste.
