The restaurant has a simple, frill-free design. Wooden tables without a tablecloth or decorative objects dominate the room and provide an appropriate setting for the Tuscan cuisine served here.

From the simple, traditional “cucina povera” to highly sophisticated dishes, everything is prepared here with great skill. However, the specialty of the house is the “Bistecca alla fiorentina”, which guests share at the table. This Tuscan culinary classic is prepared using meat from the white Chianina cattle. Traditionally the meat is grilled and then enjoyed by at least two extremely hungry guests.
