Restaurant Buech, Herrliberg

The Restaurant Buech has retained the charm of a real country inn: creaking floorboards, gracefully aged paneling, and wooden tables all give the place a rustic yet elegant air. Guests are treated to gourmet specialties such as sautéed scallops on black salsify, roast lamb rack with marrow bone sauce, or a whole fish of the day.

From the garden terrace, there is a magnificent view over Lake Zurich and the rolling hills of the Hirzel. Here guests can sit in the shade of leafy vines and mature trees and enjoy the wonderfully long sunsets.
