La Rôtisserie
The “La Rôtisserie” is housed in the tradition-steeped Hotel Storchen, which lies on the banks of the River Limmat in the heart of Zurich’s Old Town.
At the “La Rôtisserie” in the hotel Storchen, guests take their time to enjoy and savor their meal. The large windows provide a beautiful view of the River Limmat and Zurich’s landmark, the Grossmünster church. White-clothed tables, elegant chandeliers, and a beautiful wooden floor add to the ambiance. When the weather is nice, guests dine on the terrace directly overlooking the Limmat.
Executive Chef Stefan Jäckel (1 Michelin star, 17 GaultMillau points) combines culinary precision with creative curiosity. His cuisine is French-inspired, seasonal, and surprisingly light—dishes that tell subtle stories rather than seeking to impress with fanfare.
