Co Chin Chin
At the restaurant, Co Chin Chin, guests can find a little piece of Vietnam in the heart of the lively Langstrasse quarter.
Cochinchina was the name for South Vietnam when it was a French colony. With this name, the restaurant underscores the many French influences in Vietnamese cuisine that have remained until this day: baguettes, croissants, crêpes, and coffee – all of which were introduced by the French – still feature heavily in Vietnamese food.
As a result, the dishes served at this attractive locale close to the multicultural Langstrasse have authentic Vietnamese flavors. The menu includes such dishes as Banh Xeo (giant crêpes with meat, vegetables, or shrimps), mouthwatering summer rolls, Vietnamese spare ribs (Suon Nuon Xa), and spicy beef wrapped in mustard leaves known as Bo La Lot.
