The Rüsterei works closely with producers who practice organic or regenerative agriculture and set great store by fertile soils, biodiversity, and animal husbandry that is appropriate to the species. The Rüsterei knows its producers and their animals personally – and tells their stories.

Besides its varied standard menu, the Rüsterei offers a weekly business lunch, special menus for groups, and a popular Sunday brunch.
