Restaurant Spitz
The beautiful restaurant housed in the National Museum in Zurich combines sophisticated cuisine with a pinch of nonchalance. The discreet and modern lighting illuminates the high ceilings. The elegant dining room has been designed in such a way that it strikes a perfect balance between traditional and modern. A glance at the menu reveals that the kitchen team have skilfully balanced the food on offer, too: even if the dishes appear classic in style, guests immediately taste the playfulness and eagerness to experiment on the part of the tradition-conscious chefs.
Besides elaborate creations, the menu also features simple, inexpensive dishes. And at midday the Spitz presents a simple lunch menu.
For groups of 13 or more, the Spitz kitchen team compile carefully prepared menus in line with guests’ individual requirements.
