Zweifel Winery

The family firm, which can trace its roots as far back as the 14th century, produces spectacular wines from its own vineyards in the city, the Limmat Valley, and the “Gold Coast” region along Lake Zurich.

The Zweifel family has had its domicile in Höngg for over 600 years and in the course of time has strongly shaped the quarter. Nowadays, Zweifel cultivates two hectares of grapevines in Höngg, and also vinifies the grapes from Landolt and Wegmann. In addition, the winery owns vineyards in the Limmat Valley, the “Gold Coast” region along Lake Zurich, and the municipality of Remigen, Canton Aargau, from which it creates its exquisite white and red wines.

Furthermore, the family firm imports choice wines from all over the world, which can be tasted and purchased in two elegant wine stores in the city.

The winery, the barrel and barrique cellars as well as the wine pub can also be rented and used to celebrate unforgettable parties surrounded by wines from all over the world.
