Tobogganing at Hoch-Ybrig

Route

This 2.5 km (1.5 mile) long toboggan run starts directly next to the summit station of the chairlift and is suitable for all ages. Depending on the level of ability and courage, the descent lasts between 10 and 15 minutes, and leads through an enchanting forested winter landscape and via a sunny slope down to Laucheren.

Toboggan Hire

Toboggans can be hired at the hire and service center at Stöckli Swiss Sports AG, situated by the valley station of the Laucheren chairlift.

Catering Facilities Nearby

Guests can find the welcoming Laucheren mountain restaurant directly next to the top station of the Laucheren chairlift. The restaurant celebrates traditional Swiss cuisine, and besides fondue also serves home-made cheese spätzle and other culinary delicacies.

Special Remarks

The more energetic can also make their way to the starting point on foot, but suitable footwear is an absolute must.
