Tobogganing on the Chäserrugg
This unspoilt sledding slope stretches from the Stöfeli restaurant to the Iltios summit station, and from there continues down the traditional toboggan run to Unterwasser. The route takes in some tight bends and passes through romantic woodland before at the lower edge of the forest it opens up onto a wonderful panorama of the Alpstein massif.
Those who prefer a more leisurely pace can opt for the traditional toboggan run from Iltios. With a length of 3.6 km (2.2 miles), it is ideal for families and promises an easy-going downhill ride.

Toboggans are available to hire for CHF 17 per person.
