The Dolder Grand

Awaiting hungry guests in the Saltz restaurant with bar (15 GaultMillau points) is a modern kitchen serving a wide selection of choice wines. Lovers of fine dining, meanwhile, are treated to culinary masterpieces at The Restaurant (2 Michelin stars, 19 GaultMillau points), with its exquisite, innovative gourmet cuisine. At the Restaurant MIKURIYA (16 GaultMillau points), guests enjoy a unique Omakase experience. The culinary offering is further complemented by the outstanding garden restaurant, “Blooms” (15 GaultMillau points).
