Our knowledgeable tourist consultants provide visitors with numerous insider tips and information on the following topics:

- Zürich Card and other public transportation tickets

- Concert and event tickets (Seetickets and Ticketino, but no Ticketcorner presale)

- The “Zürich Gift Card” is accepted as a means of payment at the Tourist Information
The Tourist Information is located on the ground floor of Zurich Main Station and is barrier-free.
Chocolate, postcards, wooden figures, the legendary Swiss Army Knife and all kinds of other souvenirs can be purchased at the Tourist Information office. More information
